Equity: We acquire and manage high-quality commercial properties in prime, high-demand areas with limited supply, emphasising long-term value creation and sustainable growth. Our Story

Clear Capital was founded by Oliver Donne, following his success in building the real estate lending division and expanding and managing the property portfolio within Donne Investments, a private family office. Driven by a vision to create a dedicated real estate investment platform, Oliver launched Clear Capital to offer specialised lending solutions and investment opportunities.
